Digital Marketer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with a strong command of growth marketing, paid campaigns, and Google algorithms. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills to handle international client interactions, create impactful content, and convey marketing insights effectively.
The candidate must also understand AI-based visibility and SEO strategies to ensure RW Infotech appears in relevant searches — even on emerging platforms like ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Work on SEO, SEM, and Growth Marketing to improve brand ranking and lead conversion.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
• Develop and implement strategies for AI-based visibility (e.g., optimizing presence across ChatGPT or similar platforms).
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through organic and paid channels.
• Create and manage landing pages, ad copies, and performance reports.
• Stay updated with Google policies, algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital/Growth Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and conversion tracking.
• Deep understanding of Google algorithm updates, keyword intent, and AI-integrated marketing trends.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp) is a plus.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
