Job Description:
Golpik is seeking a Digital Marketer to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our presence in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and align with overall business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, and Operations to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful marketing campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and promotional activities to enhance Golpik’s market presence.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and client needs.
• Support employer branding and internal communications through creative campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a marketing or brand management role (preferably in the IT/Tech industry).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution.
• Proficiency with marketing and design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
