Digital Marketer

At ZPayso, we are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the fintech space through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and website platforms.
  • Develop and optimize paid and organic campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize social media marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Oversee content marketing efforts including ad creatives, captions, landing page content, and promotional materials in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, basic SEO optimization, and website performance tracking to improve search visibility.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other relevant directories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, Design) to support branding, recruitment campaigns, and product promotions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, product launches, and online events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels including paid ads, social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and basic SEO tools.
  • Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in fintech, tech, or startup environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
