Gilani Mobility is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have practical experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital performance reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who can drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing strategies and high-performing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Measure lead quality, conversions, traffic performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify opportunities for optimization and growth
SEO & Website Support
- Support website optimization and basic SEO improvements
- Update metadata, keywords, and landing page content
- Coordinate with developers and designers to improve user experience and page performance
- Assist in improving website visibility and organic reach
Content & Marketing Coordination
- Work with designers and content creators to develop marketing creatives
- Support promotions, campaigns, launches, and seasonal marketing activities
- Ensure campaigns align with company branding and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Conversion tracking
- Audience targeting and remarketing
- Google Analytics 4
- Understanding of SEO and website optimization principles
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion funnels
