We are expanding our digital footprint and seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketer who is both technically skilled and creatively driven. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Meta Ads, pixels, conversion tracking, email marketing, and organic growth strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta pixels, data sources, custom conversions, and event tracking
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions
• Build and execute organic social media growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Generate organic B2C and B2B leads through LinkedIn content, engagement, and messaging strategies
• Write high-converting ad copies, landing pages, video scripts, emails, and social media content
• Collaborate with design and web development teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, email subject lines, and landing pages for continuous improvement
• Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and present performance reports with optimization insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and paid performance campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign setup, automation, and performance analysis
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Pixels, Events Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong background in organic social media marketing and LinkedIn lead generation
• Excellent English communication and writing skills with a persuasive and creative tone
• Deep understanding of lead funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines
• Comfortable working EST time zone hours (8 hours/day)
• Reliable internet connection and a performance-focused attitude

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Experience in Canadian immigration or other service-based industries
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Suite CRM, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
