Naco is hiring a skilled Digital Marketer / Designer who can create content for regular posting to manage and grow our online presence across different platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn pages
• Create and post content regularly (design + captions)
• Write SEO-optimized blogs, website content & social content
• Run Facebook, LinkedIn & basic Google Ads campaigns
• Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports
• Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain mailing lists
• Improve website SEO and organic traffic growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing
• Strong skills in social media management, SEO, email marketing
• Ability to design creatives using Canva, adobe photoshop, premiere pro or similar tools
• Experience running paid ads and analyzing results
• Strong English writing skills
• Understanding of AI tools
• Familiarity with content calendars and structured reporting
