About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer with proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Meta platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Develop engaging ad creatives and collaborate with the design team to ensure compelling visuals and copy.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
- A/B test creatives, targeting, and ad placements for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and platform policies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Creative mindset for developing engaging ad concepts.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads Manager.
