Digital Marketer (Paid Ads Specialist)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer with proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Meta platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
• Develop engaging ad creatives and collaborate with the design team to ensure compelling visuals and copy.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
• A/B test creatives, targeting, and ad placements for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and platform policies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing paid campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging ad concepts.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads Manager.

Salary Package:

· Salary: Rs. 50,000 per month

· Salary During Probation: 25,000

· Probation Period: Two months

· Experience is Mandatory: 1 Year
