Job/Role Description:

    Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of Veeva CRM modules, including Call Reporting, Account Management, Events, and Scheduling.

    Manage Veeva Align activities, including roster planning, territory alignments, field force hierarchy management, and alignment cycles.

    Collaborate with onsite leads, business analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into scalable Veeva solutions.

    Provide technical oversight and take ownership of delivery for assigned modules, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.

    Drive integration efforts between Veeva CRM/Align and third-party systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Veeva Vault, MDM platforms, and downstream reporting tools.

    Participate in project planning, sprint grooming, backlog reviews, and provide input into timelines, effort estimation, and resource planning.

    Conduct code/configuration reviews and provide guidance to junior team members on best practices and standards.

    Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and address defects with timely resolutions.

    Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support system use and compliance requirements.

    Continuously monitor CRM/Align performance and suggest enhancements or automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

    Collaborate with project managers and solution architects to ensure alignment with broader program goals and architecture standards.

    Hands-on experience in Veeva CRM configuration and support.
    Experience in Veeva Align including roster and territory setup, alignment execution, and planning cycle support.

    Experience working with Salesforce platform and knowledge of CRM/SFA data models.

    Experience with integration frameworks, data flow, and impact analysis across systems.
