Digital Marketer - Thrift Factory

We Are Hiring – Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads & WordPress Expert)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

We are looking for a highly skilled, performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who has 2–3 years of proven experience in running profitable paid advertising campaigns and managing complete social media operations. The ideal candidate must also have strong, professional-level expertise in WordPress website management and optimization.

This role requires someone who can handle complete digital growth strategy — from running paid ads to managing websites and social media platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Management

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms
  • Conduct detailed audience research and competitor analysis
  • Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness
  • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and improve ROI
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
  • Scale profitable campaigns strategically


Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow all social media accounts professionally
  • Develop content calendars and posting strategies
  • Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility
  • Create engaging captions and marketing-focused content
  • Respond to comments and messages in a professional manner


WordPress (Pro Level Required)

  • Full WordPress website management and maintenance
  • Ability to design and customize themes (Elementor or similar builders)
  • Speed optimization and performance improvement
  • Basic SEO setup and on-page optimization
  • Landing page creation for paid ads
  • Plugin management and troubleshooting
  • Website security, backups, and updates


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Pro-level WordPress knowledge (design, optimization, troubleshooting)
  • Experience in lead generation and e-commerce marketing
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
