1. Utilize various methods such as trade associations, exhibitions, customer references, websites, CRM, LinkedIn, etc. to generate leads.

2. Develop and maintain the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

3. Execute regular social promotions and campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).

4. Implement and manage email campaigns.

5. Stay informed about telecom news, including industry innovations and technologies. Maintain an annual exhibition calendar.

6. Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to superiors or the head of the department.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO/SEM and its best practices

Skills in creative content writing

Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
