1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, online presence, and lead generation.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

  • Collaborate with different departments (sales, content, etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Create and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.

  • Develop content calendars for regular posts, updates, and community engagement.

  • Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to engage with followers and boost brand awareness.

  • Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and manage brand reputation on social platforms.

3. Content Creation and Marketing:

  • Develop engaging content for blogs, articles, videos, infographics, and other formats to drive engagement and SEO traffic.

  • Work with the content team to create high-quality, shareable content that resonates with the target audience.

  • Implement content distribution strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and provides value to the target audience.

4. Email Marketing:

  • Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, promote offers, and maintain customer engagement.

  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, or previous interactions with the brand to increase personalization.

  • Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, to optimize future emails.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and campaign performance.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports that summarize digital marketing performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and managing online campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for business growth.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to create engaging content and execute effective content marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
