1. Strategy Development:

- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to engage with followers and boost brand awareness.

- Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and manage brand reputation on social platforms.
3. Content Creation and Marketing:
- Develop engaging content for blogs, articles, videos, infographics, and other formats to drive engagement and SEO traffic.

- Work with the content team to create high-quality, shareable content that resonates with the target audience.

- Implement content distribution strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.

- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and provides value to the target audience.
4. Email Marketing:
- Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, promote offers, and maintain customer engagement.

- Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, or previous interactions with the brand to increase personalization.

- Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, to optimize future emails.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and campaign performance.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports that summarize digital marketing performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and managing online campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for business growth.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to create engaging content and execute effective content marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
