Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive / Manager
A Digital Marketing Executive/Manager at ANNKRITI is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, generate B2B leads, and support international export sales.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Handle daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create content aligned with brand voice and product segments (ghee, oils, spices, dry fruits, FMCG exports).
- Manage engagement, comments, inbox messages, and lead responses.
- Run online campaigns targeting UAE, Gulf countries, USA, Europe, and India.
2. Content Creation
- Develop high-quality posts, reels, stories, product descriptions, blogs, and captions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers or use tools like Canva for designing creatives.
- Create export-focused, B2B-focused content highlighting organic and premium product positioning.
3. Performance Marketing
- Run paid ads on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Monitor CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
4. SEO & Website Management
- Oversee on-page SEO (keywords, meta tags, optimization).
- Improve off-page SEO (backlinks, directories, blogs).
- Work with the website developer to update content, product pages, and landing pages.
- Improve ranking for keywords like “organic ghee exporter,” “cold pressed oil supplier,” “Indian FMCG export company,” etc.
5. Lead Generation & CRM
- Generate high-quality B2B leads from:
- Google
- LinkedIn
- Email marketing
- WhatsApp marketing
- International directories
- Manage leads through CRM tools and share daily reports with management.
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Create newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product update emails.
- Manage WhatsApp broadcasts targeting importers, wholesalers, traders, and supermarkets.
- Maintain subscriber lists and track conversions.
7. Market Research
- Study global FMCG and organic product trends.
- Monitor competitor activities (both domestic & international).
- Suggest marketing strategies based on trends and demand.
8. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with sales, export documentation, and product teams.
- Coordinate for product shoots, reels, marketing campaigns, and festivals.
- Support export marketing initiatives for Dubai and other GCC regions.
9. Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track analytics through Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics.
- Good understanding of FMCG/food product marketing.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva preferred).
- Ability to run international targeting campaigns.
- High attention to detail & data-driven approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta) are preferred.
