We are a fast-growing educational training institute in Dubai, committed to delivering high-quality professional courses and skill development programs. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive student enrollments.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads and increase course enrollments. You will play a key role in promoting our programs to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads for course enrollments
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, and short videos/reels
  • Optimize website SEO to improve search rankings and traffic
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to improve lead conversion
  • Handle inquiries from social media and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and update website content regularly

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets
  • Improve conversion rates from leads to enrollments
  • Optimize ad performance for maximum ROI
  • Increase social media engagement and reach

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (education sector preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and content creation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in education or training institute marketing
  • Video editing and reel creation skills
  • Knowledge of email and WhatsApp marketing
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
