As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive student enrollments.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate leads and increase course enrollments. You will play a key role in promoting our programs to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads for course enrollments
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, and short videos/reels
- Optimize website SEO to improve search rankings and traffic
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports
- Coordinate with the admissions team to improve lead conversion
- Handle inquiries from social media and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update website content regularly
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
- Improve conversion rates from leads to enrollments
- Optimize ad performance for maximum ROI
- Increase social media engagement and reach
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (education sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Strong communication and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education or training institute marketing
- Video editing and reel creation skills
- Knowledge of email and WhatsApp marketing
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
