JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote TimeTrax (ERP/HCM/CRM).
* Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
* Create and publish engaging content including posts, blogs, case studies, customer success stories, videos, and product campaigns.
* Plan, promote, and manage corporate events, webinars, seminars, exhibitions and open houses.
* Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
* Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to enhance visibility across AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
* Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
* Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
* Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
* Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated lead nurturing workflows.
* Stay updated on emerging AI marketing tools, digital marketing trends, SEO updates, and industry best practices.
Location: PECHS Block 6
Timings: 9:00am to 6:30pm
Monday to Friday
