Job Summary

Duties

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing, and social media that resonates with target audiences.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and SQL to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee content management systems such as WordPress to update website content efficiently.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for digital assets.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), B2B marketing, e-commerce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technical skills to stay ahead of industry changes.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising platforms, and Google Analytics for campaign tracking and optimization.
  • Skilled in using WordPress or other content management systems to manage website content effectively.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging visual content.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred for technical troubleshooting and advanced campaign setup.
  • Ability to analyze data trends to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
