We are seeking a highly skilled, performance-driven Digital Marketing & Ads Management Specialist who can lead and execute multi-platform advertising strategies to generate qualified leads, maximize conversions, and scale brand presence globally.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong understanding of real estate marketing funnels, and the ability to deliver high ROI campaigns with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- TikTok Ads
- Develop full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Launch and manage campaigns for:
- Lead generation (primary focus)
- Website traffic
- Retargeting & remarketing
- Brand awareness
2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Generate high-quality real estate leads at optimized CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- Build and optimize:
- Landing pages
- Lead forms
- Funnel journeys
- Implement A/B testing strategies for:
- Creatives
- Ad copies
- Target audiences
- Improve conversion rates and sales pipeline quality
3. Audience Targeting & Market Segmentation
- Identify and target:
- Local buyers (Lahore & Pakistan)
- Overseas Pakistanis (UAE, UK, KSA, Europe, USA)
- Create:
- Lookalike audiences
- Custom audiences
- Behavioral targeting strategies
- Understand investor psychology & real estate buying behavior
4. Budget Management & ROI Optimization
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets efficiently
- Optimize campaigns to achieve:
- Lower CPL
- Higher ROI
- Increased lead quality
- Scale winning campaigns strategically
5. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking
- Google Analytics
- Monitor KPIs including:
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Provide weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
6. Creative Collaboration & Direction
- Work closely with:
- Graphic designers
- Video editors
- Content team
- Guide creative direction for:
- Ad creatives
- Reels & short-form videos
- Campaign concepts
- Ensure creatives are aligned with current trends and platform algorithms
7. Funnel & Automation Systems
- Build and manage:
- CRM integrations
- Lead nurturing funnels
- WhatsApp automation / AI call setups (preferred)
- Optimize lead handling flow from ad → sales team → closing
8. Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated with:
- Latest digital trends
- Platform algorithm changes
- Competitor strategies
- Introduce innovative campaign ideas for real estate marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Proven experience in:
- Real estate marketing (Highly Preferred)
- Lead generation campaigns
- Strong command of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pixel tracking & analytics tools
- Conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Strong communication and reporting skills
