About the Role
We are seeking a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Ads Specialist) with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
- Conduct audience research, create targeting strategies, and manage ad budgets.
- Write compelling ad copy, design creative assets (in collaboration or independently), and implement A/B testing to improve performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align ad strategy with broader marketing goals.
- Stay updated with paid media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of ad platforms: campaign setup, budgeting, bidding strategies, targeting, optimisation.
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and creative collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and drive optimisation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards) is a plus.
