FedEx is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Advisor - Sales
Enablement to support the development and execution of enablement programs that
empower our sales teams to effectively position and sell FedEx’s Digital Solutions
portfolio.
The Sales Enablement Advisor will work closely with Product Marketing, Product
Management, and Sales to build, maintain, and deliver scalable enablement materials
that align with go-to-market priorities and drive consistent customer value. This is a
hands-on role focused on execution and cross-functional collaboration, ideal for a
candidate who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Enablement Program Support & Execution
? Contribute to the buildout and refinement of a scalable sales enablement
program tailored to FedEx digital solutions for Digital Solutions Sellers.
? Partner with senior enablement and product marketing leaders to execute
training plans, sales readiness programs, and enablement deliverables.
? Continue planning and execution of the Digital Challenger program to begin
educating WAMs on digital solutions.
Digital Solutions Sales Education & Enablement
? Coordinate and support training efforts for new hires, product rollouts, and
ongoing field education (e.g., value-based selling, product updates, competitive
positioning).
? Assist in the creation of training decks, onboarding materials, and seller
certifications in collaboration with Enablement and Sales leadership.
Content Development & Management
? Organize, tag, and manage assets in enablement platforms like Highspot,
ensuring accessibility and alignment to the sales process.
? Support Product Marketing and Commercialization teams by helping to ensure
new product launches, feature updates, and messaging frameworks are
accurately represented in enablement content.
Qualifications:
? 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Product
Marketing, or a related GTM function in a B2B environment (preferably tech,
SaaS, or logistics).
? Strong content creation skills and attention to detail in building high-impact, field-
ready sales assets.
? Familiarity with modern B2B sales methodologies
? Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and CRMs
(e.g., Salesforce).
? Comfortable operating in a highly cross-functional environment with multiple
stakeholders.
