We are a growing Canadian beauty brand operating through Shopify, social media platforms, online marketplaces, and salon partnerships across Canada. We are seeking a full-time Remote Digital Marketing & AI Sales Operations Executive to manage and grow our online sales activities and digital presence.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands digital marketing, AI tools, Shopify operations, social media growth, customer engagement, and sales generation.

Not a “social media aesthetic curator.” We need someone who can produce measurable results. Humanity already has enough inspirational quote posters pretending to be marketers.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will work remotely full-time and support the complete digital operation of the brand, including:

• Shopify store management
• AI-assisted content generation
• Social media marketing
• Lead generation
• Customer engagement
• Marketplace support
• Influencer outreach
• Sales campaigns
• Email & SMS marketing
• Reporting and analytics

The Canada office/team will:

• coordinate local salon partnerships
• organize beauty workshops and promotions
• provide raw photos/videos/content
• support local business development

The remote staff member will convert these materials into online growth, engagement, and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify & eCommerce Operations

• Manage and update Shopify store
• Upload products, collections, bundles, and promotions
• Optimize product listings and descriptions
• Monitor abandoned carts and customer activity
• Improve conversion and customer experience

AI-Assisted Content Creation

Use AI tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Canva
• CapCut
• AI automation tools

To create:

• social media captions
• short video scripts
• promotional campaigns
• email marketing content
• SEO-friendly product descriptions
• blog content
• ad creatives

Social Media Management

Manage and grow:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• Pinterest
• YouTube Shorts

Responsibilities include:

• Daily posting
• Reels/short videos
• Community engagement
• Hashtag research
• Influencer coordination
• Trend monitoring

Target:
Consistent traffic and sales generation through organic and paid strategies.

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Contact beauty salons, makeup artists, spas, and influencers
• Coordinate collaborations and affiliate programs
• Generate B2B and wholesale opportunities
• Assist with campaign partnerships

Email & SMS Marketing

Manage:

• Klaviyo campaigns
• Abandoned cart recovery
• Promotional emails
• Customer follow-ups
• SMS campaigns
• Loyalty/repeat customer marketing

Marketplace Support

Assist in product management and optimization for:

• Amazon Canada
• Etsy
• Walmart Marketplace
• Other online platforms

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare weekly reports including:

• Sales performance
• Website traffic
• Social engagement
• Campaign results
• Conversion metrics
• Recommendations for growth

Required Skills

• Experience with Shopify
• Knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation
• Social media content creation experience
• Basic graphic/video editing skills
• Good English communication
• Understanding of sales funnels and online customer behavior
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills

• Beauty industry experience
• Experience with Canadian or North American market
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Knowledge of SEO and influencer marketing
• Experience with Amazon/Etsy marketplace management

Employment Details

• Full-time remote position
• Dubai/UAE Own Visa and Residency and Bank account in UAE
• Salary: Starting from AED 1500/month depending on experience
• Performance bonuses may be offered based on measurable sales growth
