The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our online stores, ensuring product information is accurate, monitoring sales performance, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and strong analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and content.
- Monitor and process online orders, inventory levels, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activities.
- Track website performance, sales trends, and key e-commerce metrics.
- Optimize product content, descriptions, images, and overall online customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Ensure product information remains accurate and up to date across all digital channels.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, social media, or online advertising is an advantage.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
