E-Commerce Executive

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and trasnportation.

Job Purpose:

• To promote products and services through digital channels.
• To ensure website is functioning properly, listing products on the website, managing inventories, processing orders received through website, email, whatsapp, social media platforms, process online payments, and order fulfilment. Solve customers’ issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality. Ensure smooth operations in coordination with other teams.
• Reporting – Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Youtube, Facebook etc.).
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

Order Management

• Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
• Process orders received through online channel.
• Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
• Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Ecommerce Executive: 5 years (Required)
