The Data Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and drive strategic decision-making. This role bridges marketing and analytics — ensuring data-driven insights shape how we attract, engage, and retain customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze marketing data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, email campaigns, website traffic, etc.)
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key marketing KPIs and trends
- Conduct market and customer segmentation analysis to identify opportunities for targeted marketing
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Support A/B testing and performance measurement across marketing channels
- Analyze competitors and market trends to support business growth strategies
- Work closely with data, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are data-backed and performance-oriented
- Recommend improvements for digital marketing activities based on insights and analytics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data or marketing analytics
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights
