Digital Marketing & Business Development Associate (Entry-Level)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy graduate to help grow our online presence and sales. If you have good English skills, enjoy creating content, and are comfortable with social media and basic digital marketing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Website support: Keep our website updated with products, promotional content, improvements, Search Engine Optimization, Google Search Promotions
• Marketplace listings: Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Social media: Post regular content and run Marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram and Meta.
• Promotion & tracking: Support online promotions, monitor basic performance metrics, and share simple weekly updates.
• Coordination: Work with external partners (e.g., Graphic designers, photographers) to get creatives delivered on time and within budget guidelines.
• Business development support: Assist with identifying new online channels and simple outreach when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Commerce or similar preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with content creation and communication.
• Tech-savvy; quick learner with Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with Instagram/Meta and e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart) is a plus.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to take ownership.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of digital ads (boosting posts, Marketing campaign setup).
• Exposure to Canva/Photoshop or similar tools.
