The Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong technical background in SEO and a well-rounded understanding of the digital landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of SEO strategies, optimizing digital performance, and providing actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with our account managers and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Core Objective: A hands-on, technical role focused on executing multi-channel strategies, optimizing digital performance, and maintaining high standards of client communication and reporting.

1. Technical SEO & Execution

  • Audit & Optimize: Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimizations.
  • Authority Building: Oversee link-building and digital PR to improve domain authority.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to stay ahead of algorithm updates.

2. Cross-Channel Support & Performance

  • Campaign Management: Assist in managing and optimizing PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our team of web developers and content creators to ensure all assets are optimized for both search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
  • Reporting: Support the creation of monthly performance reports, translating data into "key wins" and actionable areas for improvement.

3. Client Management & Quality Control

  • Technical POC: Serve as the reliable point of contact for technical SEO and digital queries.
  • Strategic Participation: Attend client meetings to present technical progress, data insights, and campaign results.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and adhere to the agency's quality standards.

Qualifications & Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a primary focus on SEO.
  • Proven experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google AdSense Screaming Frog).
  • Deep familiarity with Google Analytics , Google Keywords Planner and Google Search Console.
  • Strong analytical skills—you should be comfortable turning data into a story that clients can understand.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Must be Arabic speaking.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in setting up or managing Google Ads (PPC) or Meta Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics or Google Ads.
