  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure visuals match brand guidelines.
  • Prepare content for real estate announcements, project updates, and launches.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend new ideas, formats, and strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Optimize content according to trends, audience behavior, and competitor insights.
  • Build content that highlights property features, amenities, lifestyle, and value propositions.
  • Tailor messaging to high-end real estate consumer behavior and buyers.
  • Track performance metrics, insights, and KPIs for all platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Design, and external agencies for alignment.
