JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: 38.00 - $45.00 per hour.
Work location: Hybrid; Vancouver, WA.
Holland is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented, analytical professional to join our dedicated and collaborative Marketing team at our corporate office in vibrant downtown Vancouver, Washington. The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and supporting online marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance property performance. This role supports property objectives by successfully executing digital marketing strategies in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. This individual works independently with moderate decision-making authority.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing required, including but not limited to experience managing SEO/SEM campaigns, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Multifamily experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
