DIGITAL MARKETING AND BRAND MANAGER

Overall Role: Drive business growth through marketing strategy, marketplace expansion, and brand consistency across all channels. You'll own performance marketing, new channel launches, and ensure our craft story comes through everywhere.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.⁠ ⁠PERFORMANCE MARKETING

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Performance Max)

Manage ad budgets and optimize for ROAS

Test creative and targeting strategies

Email marketing campaigns and automation flows

Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates across channels

Monthly performance reporting and optimization recommendations

2.⁠ ⁠MARKETPLACE & CHANNEL EXPANSION

Evaluate and launch new sales channels across market places

Build business cases for each platform (commission structure, expected volume, ROI)

Own marketplace onboarding and setup

Create marketplace-specific content and optimize listings for platform algorithms

Manage multi-channel promotional calendar and pricing strategy

Coordinate inventory allocation across channels with Operations Manager

Track and optimize performance on each marketplace

3.⁠ ⁠BRAND CONSISTENCY AND OVERSIGHT

Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across website, marketplaces, social media

Design customer communication journey (order confirmations, shipping updates, post-purchase)

Brief and manage external designers for packaging, print materials (project-based)

Maintain brand positioning as we scale across channels

Ensure craft story and artisan partnerships are highlighted everywhere

4.⁠ ⁠STRATEGY AND COORDINATION

Monthly marketing planning aligned with sales calendar

Direct Social Media Manager on organic content strategy and campaigns

Coordinate with Customer Success Manager on customer insights

Work with founder on founder-led content direction

Budget allocation and ROI tracking across all marketing channels

5.⁠ ⁠MARKET INSIGHTS AND PRODUCT STRATEGY

Analyze sales data to identify product performance trends and opportunities

Monitor competitor landscape (pricing, product launches, positioning)

Provide product-level insights: what's selling, what's not, why

Recommend product mix optimization for different channels (website vs. marketplace)

Identify gaps in product line based on customer demand and market trends

Collaborate with founder on new product development based on market data

Seasonal trend forecasting to inform collection planning

Customer segmentation analysis to guide product and marketing strategy

Skills and Experience:

3-5 years digital marketing experience in D2C fashion/lifestyle brands

Proven marketplace launch and management experience

Strong Meta and Google Ads expertise

Data analysis skills - can translate sales data into actionable product and marketing insights

Understanding of unit economics and product-level profitability

Experience collaborating with product/design teams on product strategy

Data-driven decision making across marketing AND product
