Digital Marketing and Content Creation

We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert and Content Creator who understands that marketing is more than just “increasing followers.”

You will be responsible for building strong digital brand presence, creating impactful content, and driving measurable business growth across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end social media campaigns
• Optimize engagement, reach, and conversions (not just followers)

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Write compelling content for social media, blogs, landing pages, and ads
• Develop brand voice guidelines for clients
• Plan and create high-converting captions, hooks, and scripts
• Coordinate creatives (design/video) for impactful storytelling

Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Monitor KPIs: engagement rate, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI
• Use data insights to refine strategy
• Generate performance reports with actionable insights

Brand Building & Online Presence

• Build online positioning strategies for startups & enterprises
• Assist with website content structuring
• Improve website traffic through organic & paid channels
• Drive lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing & content creation
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
• Proven experience in growing brands online
• Experience handling multiple clients or managing campaigns end-to-end
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Meta Insights)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
