We are hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and create daily social content, engage with customers, and support our online presence. This role involves content creation, responding to comments and messages, monitoring performance, and providing basic customer service support. Familiarity with social platforms, digital marketing, and basic photo/video editing is required. Beauty industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, white papers, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize content across various platforms using content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS tools.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics using social media management tools.
- Utilize Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques,
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various audiences.
- Experience with content management systems, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of videography, photography, video editing software, and graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 per week
