We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to help grow our brand visibility, e-commerce sales, and partnership network.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for driving online sales performance and brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns, social media management, and collaboration outreach. This role combines creative digital strategy with measurable growth objectives — ideal for someone who thrives in both marketing and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Develop monthly content calendars, performance reports, and campaign strategies aligned with sales goals.
- Oversee influencer and affiliate partnerships; recruit new partners, manage commission structures, and track performance metrics.
- Optimize website and online listings (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) for SEO, conversions, and branding consistency.
- Develop and monitor paid ad budgets to maximize ROI.
Sales & Growth Development
- Identify new sales opportunities through digital channels, retail partnerships, and collaborations.
- Manage wholesale inquiries and outreach to retail and lifestyle brands.
- Represent Stash Proof at pop-ups, expos, and trade shows to generate leads and partnerships.
- Develop and track affiliate and referral marketing systems to increase e-commerce revenue.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
Data & Strategy
- Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Shopify Dashboard) to measure engagement, conversions, and ad effectiveness.
- Manage Google Ads and SEM campaigns to maximize ROI on advertising spend.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and enhancements as needed.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and digital innovations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or brand management (lifestyle, fashion, or consumer products preferred).
- Proven track record of growing online sales and brand presence through digital campaigns, B2C and B2B marketing experience.
- Experience managing ad budgets, influencer campaigns, and affiliate programs.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills (short-form video and social captions a plus).
- Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva/Adobe Suite.
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable balancing creative and revenue-driven goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
