We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, drive traffic, and engage our audience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media and digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and prepare regular reports on KPIs.
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in SEO/SEM strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated sequences.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and analytics.
- Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Experience with graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and creative flair.
