Digital Marketing Assistant

We are a woman-owned marketing and design agency in Colorado, and we are looking for a self-motivated, inquisitive, and multi-tasking individual to join our team as a remote Digital Marketing Associate. This is an entry-level position in a supporting role.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website content and implement various updates, including creating new pages.
• Adding blog posts, researching keywords, writing briefs
• Assist with documenting and tracking analytics for social media and email campaigns.
• Reporting assistance
• Editing online accounts such as Airbnb, VRBO, and similar services.
• Assist with monthly newsletters
• Manage daily email communication.
• Some graphic design and photo editing.
• Administrative duties as assigned.
• Managing tasks in ClickUp and assigning them to team members.

• Excel either working by yourself or with a small team and can take a task and run with it without someone monitoring you every second of the day.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Are a fast learner, pick up new concepts quickly, and can adapt when things need to change.
• Are proficient with time management and are diligent with record keeping and deadlines.
• You have a good command of WordPress, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Canva, Gmail, Slack, ClickUp, and Adobe Creative Suite software.
• You can analyze problems and strategize for solutions.
• You are very organized and are successful in managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• You love to be creative and are a motivated and committed team player.
• Professional in manner and appearance

Requirements

• Digital Marketing/Communications/Business admin degree (or similar) preferred, or at least one year’s equivalent experience in a marketing role.
• Good written and verbal skills are a must.
• SEO/SEM/Social Media knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of AI best practices and can navigate various AI tools.
• Knowledge of some or all: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, MailChimp, Constant Contact, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, WordPress.
• Must have a fast and reliable internet connection & computer.
• Must be able to work 5 consecutive hours per day, 5 days a week, during the Colorado (mountain time) office hours of 9 am – 5 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
