Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Office in Westlake Village, CA

Omega Technologies manufactures a proprietary line of tools and distributes the world's top tooling brands. Founded in 1983, Omega Technologies has become one of the world’s leading sources and distributors of aerospace and industrial use tooling products.

SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager and assist with all related tasks. The Assistant will work closely with our Digital Marketing Specialists on current company websites and the creation of new ones. The Assistant will help with editing our product images for the company websites. The Assistant will work closely with our E-Commerce platforms to manage and upload products. The ideal candidate should have high attention to detail and the capacity to learn new software and tools quickly.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

• WordPress Website Maintenance (Front-End & Back-End)
• Amazon Seller Central Management
• Content Production Including Product Images, Blog Content, Product Guides, ETC.
• E-Commerce Product Management
• Add New Product Lines Using Excel
• Manage Email Marketing Subscriber Lists
• Assist in managing Social Media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Learning SEO Maintenance & Strategy
• Help with day-to-day operations, including administrative duties

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

• Tech-savvy of all social media platforms and emerging technology
• Must have attention to detail while able to work calmly under pressure
• Capacity to learn new software and tools quickly
• CMS Experience (Network Solutions, WordPress, & Amazon)
• Experience with ChatGPT or Similar AI Platforms
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Email Marketing Software Constant Contact

Desirable Education and Experience:

• 1 year of related experience
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
