  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and oversee paid media campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display advertising).
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and websites.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage company website updates and performance analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital tools, platforms, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience with video marketing and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,969.25 - ₹42,812.61 per month
