Digital Marketing Assistant.

Job Description:

Dubai Marine is hiring Digital Marketing Assistant supports the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive direct bookings and engagement. The role involves hands-on work with tools like Revinate, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other analytics and content platforms to deliver measurable results. This position collaborates with internal teams to ensure on-brands content, effective reporting, and a strong digital presence across the brands’ online ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing, aiming for quality traffic and maximizing conversion opportunities.

• Assist in planning and managing WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to promote hotel offers and generate direct engagement or website traffic.

• Utilize Revinate CRM to develop and schedule email marketing campaigns, leveraging audience segmentation and personalization to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.

• Coordinate and assist in multi-channel campaigns including SEO, PPC, metasearch, display, and social media advertising, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable performance.

• Assist internal teams to produce compelling, on-brand content that aligns with marketing objectives across the website, social media, and digital campaigns.

• Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

• Assist in preparing weekly performance reports for all accounts with actionable insights, as well as detailed campaign analyses for leadership review.

• Assist in maintaining accurate, engaging, and up-to-date content across the hotel website, OTAs, and all relevant travel platforms.
