ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Digital Marketing Assistant to help manage WordPress content and support a growing portfolio of client and internal projects. This isn't a hand-holding role — you'll be working alongside the founder with real ownership of deliverables. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love the intersection of content, tech, and strategy, you'll fit right in.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• WordPress Content Management — Create, edit, and optimize pages and posts using WordPress with page builders such as Elementor or Divi; basic theme and plugin management required.
• SEO Strategy & On-Page Optimization — Conduct keyword research, optimize metadata, build internal linking structures, and craft content that drives organic search performance.
• AI-Powered Content & Automation — Leverage AI writing and workflow tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Make/Zapier, etc.) to accelerate content production and support lead generation systems.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Copywriting — Write compelling landing pages, CTAs, and funnel content designed to convert visitors into qualified leads across multiple industries.
• Google Ads & PPC Campaign Management — Build, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns with a focus on ROI and cost-per-lead metrics.
• Social Media & Content Distribution — Repurpose and distribute content across platforms to maximize reach and audience engagement.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting — Work in Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Project & Client Communication — Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with the team lead and clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience — 2+ years in digital marketing, content management, or a related role.
• Tech-Savvy — Comfortable with WordPress, Google tools, and AI-powered platforms. You embrace new tools rather than avoid them.
• Strong Writer — You can write clean, persuasive copy that sounds human — not like a template.
• Self-Starter — You don't need daily check-ins to get things done. You manage your own time and deliver.
• Industry Awareness — Familiarity with legal and telecom verticals is a plus — but not required.

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

This is a remote, flexible engagement with potential to grow into a larger role as the company scales. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Rate and hours are negotiable based on scope.
