Digital Marketing Assistant – Content & Social Media

Hourly Pay | Full-Time (40 hours/week) Variable Schedule (Includes Weekends & Early Mornings)

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role involves content creation, social media management, community engagement, and event coverage.

What You’ll Do

• Create, edit, and publish social media content
• Manage posts, captions, hashtags, and engagement
• Monitor messages, comments, and online activity
• Capture photo and video content at events
• Appear on camera for videos, interviews, and testimonials
• Support event coverage, setup, and breakdown
• Collect customer stories and testimonials
• Track performance and report results

• Experience with social media and content creation
• Strong communication and people skills
• Creative, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident on camera and in public settings
• Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Preferred Skills

• Canva experience
• Basic video editing skills
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
• Drone experience (plus)
• Social media analytics experience
