Overview: Prospera Investments LLC S.O.C is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across its healthcare and service-focused portfolio. The role is responsible for assisting with content creation, social media management, website and SEO support, influencer campaign coordination, and performance reporting. Working closely with the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Assistant will help ensure consistent brand presence, accurate content execution, and effective digital campaigns that support brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation across Prospera’s platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

■ Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across digital platforms

■ Support writing of captions, blog content, website copy, and basic email marketing content

■ Maintain and update content calendars and posting schedules

■ Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery

■ Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a professional manner

■ Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all digital channels

■ Assist with on-page SEO tasks, including keyword placement, meta descriptions, and internal linking

■ Upload, format, and manage website and blog content through CMS platforms

■ Support Google Business Profile (GMB) updates, posts, and optimization

■ Assist with influencer campaign coordination, tracking deliverables and posting timelines

■ Maintain influencer lists, content approvals, and performance tracking sheets

■ Support campaign execution and post-campaign reporting

■ Collect and organise performance data from social media, website, and marketing tools

■ Prepare basic weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

■ Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions

■ Assist with paid media setup, monitoring, and coordination (if applicable)

■ Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and healthcare compliance standards

■ Organize and manage digital assets, files, and shared folders

■ Coordinate internal approvals and communication with external partners

■ Support day-to-day digital marketing operations and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

■ 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (internships included)

■ Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)

■ Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media management platforms

■ Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword usage

■ Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)

■ Ability to write clear, simple, and professional marketing copy

■ Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)

■ Strong organisational and time-management skills

■ Attention to detail and ability to follow brand and compliance guidelines

■ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

■ Comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external partners

■ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

■ Professional communication skills (written and verbal)

■ Familiarity with healthcare, regulated industries, or compliance-based marketing is a plus

■ Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
