Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant (Tiktok-Focused)

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 1 year focused on TikTok account management and growth, backed by verifiable success cases (please provide account/portfolio links)
  • Mastery of TikTok's native creative tools, video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro), and analytics platforms
  • Understanding of automotive product knowledge, sales cycles, and customer psychology for a quicker ramp-up
  • Possess an excellent sense for viral trends, accurately grasping TikTok's popular culture, sounds, and content trends
  • Strong storytelling skills and visual aesthetics to create content that resonates with the UAE's youth demographic
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-lingual environment (primarily English and Arabic)
  • Results-oriented mindset, taking ownership of performance metrics.
  • Enthusiastic about automobiles and social media, self-motivated and constantly innovative
  • Ability to clearly articulate strategies and results to teams and management.

Job Description:

  • Social media, especially TikTok Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok marketing strategy for the UAE and GCC market, aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives. Oversee the entire content creation process from concept, scripting, and filming to post-production, focusing on creating highly engaging and shareable short-form video content, diversifying content directions.
  • Community Management & Growth: Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok account, including posting, replying to comments, and managing user-generated content to foster an active community. Implement growth hacking strategies (e.g., collaborative challenges, influencer shoutouts, targeted ads) to rapidly increase follower count and engagement rate.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze TikTok platform metrics (views, completion rate, engagement rate, follower growth, conversion rate, etc.), producing regular performance reports. Use data-driven insights to continuously and rapidly iterate on content strategy and advertising campaigns for optimal ROI. Track competitor activities and industry trends to ensure brand innovation and leadership.
  • Advertising & Lead Generation: Manage the TikTok advertising budget, planning and executing high-performance ad campaigns that precisely target potential car buyers. Optimize the entire conversion funnel from content view -> website click -> lead generation (test drive booking, inquiry). Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and effective follow-up.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Repurpose successful TikTok content for distribution on other social platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to create a synergistic effect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
