Job Purpose
To develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, online traffic, and lead generation, contributing to overall business growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Plan campaigns across multiple digital channels including search, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
2. Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.
3. SEO & Content Marketing
- Lead SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, SEO-friendly blogs, videos, and social content.
- Manage website updates and ensure alignment with digital best practices.
4. Social Media & Branding
- Develop and manage the companys social media presence across platforms.
- Build and execute content calendars and brand storytelling strategies.
- Engage with audiences to grow brand loyalty and community presence.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards for insights.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports highlighting ROI, performance trends, and recommendations.
6. Team & Vendor Management
- Manage internal team members and external agencies or freelancers.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and tech teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in marketing with at least 1years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns and achieving growth targets.
