We are looking for an experienced
Senior Digital Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with hands-on experience in reporting, media planning, and analytics tools. This role requires continuous optimization of digital campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Meta Ads Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads to create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns.

Reporting & Data Analysis: Hands-on experience in reporting and using analytics tools to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Media Planning: Develop and manage media plans that align with overall marketing strategies, ensuring proper budget allocation and targeting.

A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously experiment and run A/B tests on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to enhance ROI and campaign performance.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Display, and Analytics, with a passion for staying up-to-date on emerging trends.

Media Concepts: Strong understanding of media terms, creative requirements, and budget management in the context of digital campaigns.

Pixel Management: Expertise in managing advertising pixels, such as AdWords, Google Analytics, floodlights, and others.

Troubleshooting & Debugging: Ability to debug issues and identify problems related to campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Google Analytics Configuration: Clear understanding of how to configure profiles and views, including setting up goals, filters, and using other Google Analytics functionalities to track and analyze campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Proficient in reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and experienced in creating detailed performance reports.

Strong understanding of media planning, SEM, SEO, and display advertising.

Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis.

Ability to manage and configure advertising pixels and tracking tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and floodlights.

Solid understanding of digital media concepts, creative requirements, and budgeting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (advanced Excel skills required).

Strong problem-solving skills, including debugging, tracking issues and identifying solutions.
