Title: Online Reputation Management Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for an Online Reputation Management Associate who is proactive and detail-oriented to help build and protect our brand's image online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online voice, fostering positive community engagement, and mitigating any risks to our reputation. This role combines crisis management and brand promotion to ensure that our brand is viewed positively online.
Tasks & Responsibilities
This role involves the following three core tasks that need to be handled on a day-to-day basis
1. Problem Resolution

Develop and implement a responsive protocol for addressing customer feedback. We aim to understand and resolve any issues consumers may be facing by directing them to the appropriate teams for assistance.

Serve as the primary point of contact during any brand-related concerns, facilitating quick resolution and internal communication of critical issues as they arise.
2. Growth & Brand Building Opportunities:

Strategically build and manage communities on platforms like
Reddit
and
Quora

Manage
Google Maps
for all registered locations.

Develop a content and engagement strategy for
LinkedIn
.

Identify and engage in relevant online discussions about our brand
3. Daily Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor brand mentions, keywords, and sentiment across platforms.

Track and analyse both positive and negative comments, reviews, and posts on a daily basis.

Compile and deliver regular reports.

Provide actionable insights from online conversations to relevant departments
Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone for different platforms and situations.

Strong understanding of the culture and best practices for platforms like Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond daily tasks.

Working knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to search engine reputation management (SERM).

High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

6 months – 2 years of proven experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, or Digital PR.

Experience with social listening and reputation management software (e.g., Brand24, Mention, Google Alerts).

A portfolio or case studies of past reputation management campaigns or crisis handling is highly desirable.
