Ikon Science is a global provider of geopredictive and knowledge management software and service solutions optimizing subsurface discovery, production, and storage. The Position
This role supports day-to-day digital marketing execution across email, landing pages, website updates, and reporting. You will work hands-on in HubSpot and WordPress to launch campaigns accurately, keep assets organized, and help improve conversion performance through testing and clean data practices.
What You’ll Own
Campaign Execution (HubSpot)
Build and schedule email campaigns and simple drip sequences using approved messaging and templates
Create and update lists and segments, apply suppression rules, and ensure clean audience targeting
Quality-check emails and workflows (links, personalization, formatting, tracking, deliverability basics)
Set up UTM tracking and apply consistent campaign naming conventions
Conversion Paths (Landing Pages, Forms, CTAs)
Build landing pages, forms, and CTAs in HubSpot using templates and modules
Maintain conversion paths (email or ads to landing page to form to thank-you page) and test for performance
Run basic A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, landing page variants) and summarize results
Website Updates (WordPress and HubSpot CMS)
Maintain and update key website pages (copy edits, images, layouts, link fixes, basic SEO hygiene)
Support migration of high-value pages by rebuilding pages from provided briefs and templates
Coordinate redirect requests and publish updates with minimal errors and downtime
Asset Library and Content Operations
Organize the HubSpot asset library (images, PDFs, videos) with clear folder structure and naming standards
Prepare and upload downloadable assets and ensure correct tracking, file naming, and version control
Support blog publishing and on-page formatting in WordPress or HubSpot CMS as needed
Reporting and Data Support
Maintain weekly performance reporting (email engagement, landing page conversion, lead volume, meeting conversion when available)
Track performance trends and flag issues early (broken forms, tracking gaps, low-conversion pages)
Support marketing data hygiene tasks in HubSpot and Salesforce (lifecycle status updates, field checks, duplicate cleanup requests as directed)
Cross-Team Coordination
Work with Sales to ensure leads flow correctly and follow-up lists are shared on time
Coordinate campaign assets, inputs, timelines, and approvals with internal stakeholders
Requirements
Zero to two years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role (internships count)
Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot (email, forms, landing pages, lists, basic reporting)
Comfort updating web pages in WordPress and or HubSpot CMS using templates
Strong attention to detail and quality-check discipline (links, formatting, tracking, naming conventions)
Strong organization skills to manage assets, deadlines, and campaign checklists
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, sharepoint)
Nice-to-Have
Basic HTML and CSS skills for minor edits and troubleshooting formatting issues
SEO AIO fundamentals (metadata, internal links, redirects basics, page structure)
Familiarity with Salesforce concepts (leads vs contacts, stages and statuses)
Exposure to Odoo or interest in learning CRM and website platform tools
How Success Will Be Measured
Campaign assets and dashboards launched on time with a low error rate (quality-check pass rate, minimal broken links and forms)
Improved email and landing page conversion performance through testing and iteration
Accurate tracking (UTMs, naming conventions, consistent reporting)
Well-organized asset library and clean content operations
Reliable weekly reporting and proactive identification of issues and opportunities
