Digital Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage a variety of marketing tasks, proactively work with clients, and support digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Experience using AI tools such as GPT and Claude is mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with website staging updates including images, content, banners, and page edits
• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms
• Create daily blog content and social media posts using AI
• Manage and monitor social media channels and audience engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance
• Assist in creating graphics and visual content for social media and marketing
• Review and respond to user comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on campaign ideas and social
• Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks remain organized and on schedule
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings as needed
• Complete additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred
• Excellent written English with strong copywriting and editing skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including paid advertising
• Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X/Twitter
• Experience with WordPress - MUST
• AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
