Digital Marketing Associate (Hybrid)

Overview: The Digital Marketing Associate provides executional and operational support for business to consumer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) digital marketing efforts across VNS Health. This role supports social media, website updates, digital campaigns, and marketing operations, helping ensure timely, accurate, and high quality execution while gaining experience across multiple digital channels. Works under general supervision. Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

  • Supports day-to-day digital content operations and execution across channels (social media, website, video, email, etc) including drafting, scheduling, tagging, formatting, and publishing social posts; assisting with website updates using the organization’s CMS; preparing and publishing video content; and maintaining content calendars and coordinating reviews and approvals.
  • Supports proofreading, formatting, and quality assurance to ensure copy, links, and creative meet requirements prior to launch.
  • Monitors, responds to, and/or escalates social media post comments, questions, and online reviews based on established processes.
  • Supports digital reputation management activities, including online business listings, review monitoring, and response workflows, with guidance.
  • Supports digital marketing workflows using project management tools to track timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinates with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to support timely delivery of digital assets and receipt of invoices to support budget management.
  • Gathers and organizes basic performance metrics across social, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Assists with preparation of simple reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Supports marketing budget tracking and data entry.
  • Helps maintain digital asset libraries and organization.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail; Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools; Comfort working with content management systems and basic analytics tools; Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in communication, marketing or business required


Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a digital marketing, social media, or content related role (internships included). required

  • Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills required

  • Proficiency in personal computer, preferably MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

  • Ability to interface with people of all levels throughout the organization as well as external vendors/customers required

  • Experience supporting social media content and/or website updates preferred


Pay Range: USD $66,300.00 - USD $79,800.00 /Yr.
