About The Position:
The Digital Marketing Automation Specialist at Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that enhance member engagement and drive credit union growth. This role focuses on leveraging marketing automation platforms to deliver targeted, personalized communications across channels, while also contributing to content development and applying user experience principles to improve member interactions. Responsibilities include creating and managing automated workflows, developing and updating website and digital content, optimizing SEO and SEM efforts, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong design and writing skills and enjoy driving impact with a fast-paced action-oriented team.
What You'll Be Doing

Designs, executes, and manages digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other automation tools, building workflows and targeted communications that align with GNCU’s marketing strategies.

Develops and maintains automated journeys, email campaigns, and lead-nurture programs to enhance member engagement and support credit union growth goals.

Creates and updates compelling content for digital channels, including website, email, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with GNCU’s brand voice and member needs.

Applies basic user experience principles to digital content and campaigns, ensuring ease of navigation, accessibility, and clear calls to action for members.

Optimizes SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and improve campaign performance using best practices and current industry standards.

Updates and maintains website content through WordPress CMS, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and relevance to marketing initiatives.

Utilizes Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track campaign and website performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles either at an agency or an internal marketing department.

A current or recent Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification.

Experience building and optimizing workflows in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Competency in managing websites through a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress.
Skills & Competencies

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for workflows, lead nurturing, and personalization.

Strong content marketing skills, including writing clear, persuasive copy and tailoring calls to action to the buyer’s journey.

Basic design ability using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva to create engaging digital assets.

Awareness of user experience (UX) principles to ensure campaigns and content are intuitive and accessible.

Analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and recommend improvements.

Working knowledge of HTML for simple styling and troubleshooting.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player who adapts well to changing priorities.

Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on marketing trends and technologies.

Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including the need to organize information and calls to action based on the stage of the buyer’s journey.

Compensation & Benefits

$64,000 - $90,000 per year

Compensation is dependent on experience
