Digital Marketing & Brand Manager (Remote Position)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our brand presence while driving qualified leads through organic and paid channels. This role will focus on brand reputation, social media growth, SEO performance, and lead generation through performance marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate understands full-funnel marketing, combines brand storytelling with data-driven growth tactics, and has proven experience improving search rankings and driving inbound conversions (calendar bookings, demo requests, or orders).

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Build and strengthen brand positioning across digital platforms
  • Monitor and manage online reputation (reviews, mentions, brand sentiment)
  • Develop brand messaging and content strategy

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Improve organic rankings and increase website traffic
  • Optimize landing pages for conversions

Social Media Strategy

  • Plan and execute organic social media campaigns
  • Grow engagement and followers across relevant platforms
  • Develop content calendar aligned with brand positioning
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Manage budgets and improve ROAS
  • Build and test funnels for lead generation
  • Implement retargeting and conversion tracking

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Drive qualified leads (demo bookings, inquiries, orders)
  • Optimize website funnels and landing pages
  • Improve conversion rates through A/B testing
  • Track KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using GA4, Search Console, and ad platforms
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Recommend data-driven growth improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing / digital marketing
  • Proven track record of improving SEO rankings
  • Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Experience with:
  • Google Search Engine
  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Conversion tracking & pixel setup
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and own growth targets

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools
  • Landing page optimization experience
  • Content marketing background

Timings: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM - Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time
