Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, SEM, Email, etc.).
  • Develop engaging content for social media, website, and online campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Manage company’s social media presence and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify digital trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through digital platforms, networking, and partnerships.
  • Pitch services and solutions to prospective clients through presentations, emails, and meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and marketing material.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and/or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
