Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, SEM, Email, etc.).
- Develop engaging content for social media, website, and online campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
- Manage company’s social media presence and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify digital trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through digital platforms, networking, and partnerships.
- Pitch services and solutions to prospective clients through presentations, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and marketing material.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and/or business development.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
