Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) – Afternoon Shift

About the Role

We are hiring a self driven Business Development Manager who can independently plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate consistent sales for our global online businesses (digitizing, vector, embroidery patches, PVC patches, and stock embroidery designs).

Our main market is the USA, and we are expanding into Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Run Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube Ads
• Create engaging short videos, reels, and social media content
• Improve website funnel: landing pages, speed, conversions
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, etc.)
• Manage platforms: Fiverr, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn
• Oversee junior staff: link building, research, posting, bidding
• Run email marketing & customer retention campaigns
• Daily reporting and performance tracking

Required Skills

• Strong SEO + Google Ads + Meta Ads experience
• Social media growth & content strategy
• WordPress management (pages, forms, posts, speed)
• Tracking setup: GA4, Search Console, Meta Pixel
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Proven ability to generate real leads and sales
• Excellent English communication

Salary

₨125,000 – ₨150,000 per month (starting)

Shift Timing

Evening Shift: 11 AM – 9 PM or 12PM – 10 PM or 1 PM – 11 PM (flexible, but cannot start before 11 AM)
